Swatch

You probably saw in my looks section of my last post that I ended up giving the Clinique Pretty Easy Liquid Eyelining Pen another try. Back when I first purchased it I wasn’t that sold on the swatch. I was even less impressed with the way it applied. Although to be fair I did apply it on unprepped lids. I finally used it in a full look and as you can see this baby is anything but a dud.

The Clinique Pretty Easy Liquid Eyelining Pen comes in two shades. Black and Brown. I purchased the Black shade. I didn’t really get the whole Pretty Easy part of the name until I went to apply this eyeliner. It glided onto my lids so easily! There was no tugging or bleeding. It was perfect! It lasted all day with no issues.

It’s still too soon to tell, but I might just like it more than my trusty Kat Von D… er… KVD Vegan Beauty Tattoo Eyeliner. I’m really happy because this is the first liquid eyeliner I’ve liked in a long time! You can see the Clinique Pretty Easy Liquid Eyelining Pen in action below.

Overall, I’d have to say the Clinique Pretty Easy Liquid Eyelining Pen is a winner! I’m really happy that I gave it another chance and that it lived up to its name. I’m even happier to add another liquid eyeliner to my collection. It’s nice to have options.

Have you tried the Clinique Pretty Easy Liquid Eyelining Pen? What’s your go-to liquid eyeliner?

  1. You look so pretty! The eyeliner is perfectly applied and highlights your eyes. I am terrible with eyeliners, I can’t draw a straight line no matter what.

Your eyes look so pretty! I’ve been looking for a new liner to try so I’ll have to pick this up.

  4. I like a pencil that is easy to control. I’ve seen way too many eyeliners that don’t meet the top of the lash and it looks terrible. I also like the thin pencil — great cat eye, btw!

Clinique is one of my favourite make up brands. I have never tried their liquid eyeliners though!

It really styles nicely and has minimal bleeding effect. Sometimes I struggle with too much liquid in one spot and not enough in another.

  17. I love liquid eyeliner but I am so not good at it. I should give it a try again and maybe check out some tutorials.

Dragon Noodles - This recipe is a staple in my household. It's so easy to whip up and it's delicious! I only make a few changes. I use egg noodles in place of lo mein noodles and I use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce. I also tend to get carried away with the scallion.
