I purchased the Make Up For Ever Technicolor Palette at Sephora last week for $36.00. There are 8 eyeshadows in black, yellow, apple green, turquoise, lilac, white, espresso, and yellow beige. It’s a really fun palette that contains both neutral and bold colorful shades. I really love that you can create a nice neutral look or a nice bold colorful look all in one palette. And I didn’t even have to reach for my go-to highlighter because the yellow beige color worked perfectly for me. Below you can see a simple look I created using the white shade all over my lid and inner corner of my eye, the lilac shade on the inner and outer part of my lid, the espresso shade on my crease, the yellow beige shade as a highlighter, and the turquoise shade on my lower lash line. I think they all tied together nicely. They blended fairly easily although the espresso did need a little more effort to achieve the look I was going for. It lasted throughout the entire day with very little to no creasing or fading.

This palette is definitely a new favorite for me.

  1. Ummmm I think I need this now. Damn you, Lisa!!!! You made this your b!!! Lol. You look beautiful!

  2. Whoa, that lilac is soooo pretty on you! I skipped this one because there are many shades I’m not sure I can pull off as easily, but you definitely made it work!

    • Awww thank you, Sunny! I do know what you mean though. I’m not so sure about the green and yellow, but I’m sure I can somehow get some use of them.
