Swatches: 100, 104, 105

I’ve been keeping busy lately. I still have so many Autumn goodies to post. At this rate I’ll probably be done by mid-December. I wish I could say I was kidding. I’m going to have to add an extra day to make sure that isn’t the case. I’m also planning another giveaway as well as an updated collection/storage post. But that’s going to have to wait until I get my new desk. Because guess who ran out of room? I should probably stop buying stuff, but I think it makes more sense to just expand.

In the meantime, let’s talk about some Radiant Complex goodies!

Radiant Complex Finishing Powder $15.95
The Finishing Powder isn’t as finely milled as some of the others I use. I had to really make sure to tap my brush to knock off some of the product as it really kind of bunched together on the brush. This method seemed to do the trick and thankfully I wasn’t left looking ghostly. It did a pretty good job at setting my makeup and I didn’t notice anything off in my photos. While I think it’s an ok setting powder it’s probably not something I’d reach for often.

Radiant Complex Face Primer $19.95
The Face Primer really surprised me. It’s silicone based. It glides on smoothly and did a pretty good job at minimizing pores. It didn’t feel heavy or cause any irritation. My makeup held up pretty nicely throughout the day. I’d have to say that it provided me with the same results as some of my other face primers. But unlike the others, the packaging allowed me to easily get to the product. Sometimes those pumps act up and you can’t get to the product as easily. Or you accidentally pump out too much and end up with waste. This one comes in a squeeze bottle which allows you total control.

Radiant Complex Liquid Lipstick 3 Pack Set $29.95
This Liquid Matte Lipstick Set comes in 3 shades which are not named. However, they are numbered on the bottom. There are 2 nude shades and 1 red shade. The applicator was very easy to work with. The lipsticks all applied easily and evenly without the help of a brush. They do dry down to a matte, but they’re not transfer-proof. My lips were left slightly tacky. I wouldn’t say that the lipsticks felt lightweight, but they weren’t heavy either. They didn’t dry out my lips. In fact it felt a little moisturizing. They last quite a while, but didn’t hold up so well with food and drink. However, they did reapply nicely. I really love this set. I think they’re beautiful, wearable, every day shades. And they’re very comfortable and don’t dry out your lips! You can see all 3 of these lipsticks as well as the primer and finishing powder in action below!
