Pixi Beauty Pretties
I’ve had this collection of goodies for a while now. I just really wanted to take my time with it. I wanted to do it justice. That and there were so many products that I didn’t know where to start. I even messed up during the photoshoot and paired up two products that didn’t go together. That’s how excited I was. Oops!
The Pixi Beauty Pretties is a collaboration between Pixi Beauty and various influencers. I will list each collab complete with photos, swatches, pricing, and a description.
Pixi + Rachh Loves | The Layers Highlighting Palette $24.00

Swatches: Lace, Zipper, Knit, Tee, Clutch
Pixi + Racch Loves The Layers Highlighting Palette contains 5 highlighters. You can use these individually or layer them on your eyelids or cheeks. They’re nicely pigmented and offer a really nice glow. I’m especially loving the shade Zipper.
Pixi + Heart Defensor | Eye Heart Palette $20.00

Swatches: Oh He Got Money, Feb 4th, Philippines, The Best FAM, Fur Babies, Always Dancing, Coffee, Lip Sync
Pixi + Heart Defensor Eye Heart Palette contains 8 eyeshadows in both matte and metallic finishes. The shadows are very large and very pigmented. It’s a very eye-catching palette. I thought some of the shades would make for a beautiful blush and I was right. I use Feb 4th and Always Dancing for blush from time to time. They all applied and blended beautifully. Even on the face. This is a really cute multi-tasking palette.
Pixi + Maryam Maquillage | Lip Kit (Night/Day) $18.00

Swatches: Starry Night, Posh Nude

Swatches: Mirage, Coral Bang
Pixi + Maryam Maquillage Lip Kit in Night/Day each contain one Liquid Fairy Lights Liquid Eyeshadow and one MatteLast Liquid Lip. I absolutely love the packaging, but I wasn’t so sure I’d love the Liquid Eyeshadow. I have a few I like and use once in a while, but I mostly avoid others. I’m just not a fan. However these are so cute and add that little extra something to your eye look. I like to dip my brush on the wand and gently pat the shadow over my base. I didn’t experience too much fallout and my eyes looked all kinds of glamorous. The matching Liquid Lip is also a winner. They remind me of Sugarpill’s with the creamsicle scent. The wand was pillowy soft and the lipstick applied perfectly. It made for a nice comfortable wear, but could be drying at times. Then again it is cold and my lips are really feeling it.
Pixi + From Head To Toe | Glow-Y Powder $16.00, Endless Shade Stick $14.00

Swatch: Wednesdays

Swatch: Fetch

Swatches: Parfait, One & Done
Pixi + From Head To Toe Glow-Y Powder and Endless Shade Stick is where I messed up. The Shade Stick was paired with one of the Lip Icings so when you get to them you’ll have to scroll back up. The Glow-Y powders are nicely pigmented. They’re so soft and creamy. They just glide onto the skin. Wednesdays is my favorite since it’s unique in my collection. The Shade Stick is the prettiest gold shade. It’s nice and creamy and really pops.
Pixi + Chloe Morello | Lip Icing $14.00

Swatches: Bonbon, Sorbet
Pixi + Chloe Morello Lip Icing comes in 3 beautiful shades. Bonbon, Parfait, and Sorbet. The Lip Icing adds 3D glimmer that can be used alone or layered on top of your favorite lipstick. These also smell like a delicious creamsicle.
You can see the Pixi + Heart Defensor Eye Heart Palette, Pixi + Maryam Maquillage Lip Kit in Day, and the Pixi + Racch Loves The Layers Highlighting Palette in action below. I used the shades Oh He Got Money, Feb 4th, and Always Dancing on my eyes. I layered Mirage on top of my lid. I also used Feb 4th as my blush and Clutch as my highlighter.

Overall, I’d have to say this was a very exciting collection. The products all pair together beautifully. Even the products I didn’t expect to like really surprised me. I ended up loving them. If I had to pick a favorite of the bunch it would be the Pixi + Maryam Maquillage Lip Kits. They’re super cute and would make the best stocking stuffers.
