I purchased this beautiful highlighter a while ago and never got around to posting it. I found it in the back of my tool box a few weeks ago while looking for a highlighter to wear. I’m running out of room in my tool box which is why it was tucked away in the back. I assure you it wasn’t back there because I had no intention of using it. Obviously I need a new tool box. But first I need a bigger place to live. Oh the struggle.
After I created my April 2016 Wishlist I went to my local Sephora to purchase this beauty. I was hesitant about which shade I wanted after seeing them in person, but in the end I went with Aura. Aura is described as an iridescent light pink. It’s gorgeous! I have quite a few highlighters in my collection now, but not many pink shades. So this definitely makes a wonderful addition to my collection. It’s very soft and almost creamy. I’ve actually used this as both a highlighter and eyeshadow. It applied beautifully and did in fact last 8 hours. Maybe even a little longer.
I also really love the packaging! I really wish there were a lot more shades to choose from because I’d love to add more to my collection. I’ll at least add Fireball to my collection. I really don’t think I need Sin since I have a lot of those champagne types already. Anyway, you can see Aura in action below. I’m wearing it as my highlighter and on the inner corner of my eye.

This is a really beautiful colour – I’d love to swatch it because I’m not sure that a pink highlighter would suit my skin tone, even though I think it’s beautiful. It looks great on you! xx

This highlighter has gotten so many rave reviews! I do have to swatch it first though, I’m not sure how it would look against my skin tone.

I don’t know why I always overlook Urban Decay. It’s not a brand I purchase from often (though I’m planning to grab the new foundation). Anyway, these highlighters weren’t on my radar at all but Aura is so pretty! It looks stunning on you.

It looks really beautiful on your complexion! With my warm undertones I don’t think Aura would be my shade, but the soft glow is so pretty!
