Swatches: My Tulips Are Sealed, Indigo Your Own Way, Coming Up Roses

A few weeks ago I posted about the new Wet n Wild Metallic Liquid Lipsticks I purchased. Next up is Indigo Your Own Way!

Of course I had to grab Indigo Your Own Way! I love anything purple! Even though Indigo Your Own Way is metallic and shiny, it’s still very wearable. Or at least I feel like it is. It’s not nearly as shiny as Coming Up Roses, but there is still a bit of shine there. Much like Coming Up Roses, the applicator was very easy to work with. It applied very nicely and evenly. While both made for a nice comfortable wear, I feel like this one was a little more comfortable. It’s not transfer or smudge proof, but it does last quite a while. Reapplying is easy and it looks just as smooth as the first application.

I think this one is my favorite of them all. It’s a gorgeous shade! You can see Indigo Your Own Way in action below.

These lipsticks were a really nice find. And compared to some of the higher end metallic liquid lipsticks I’ve tried, these are surprisingly more wearable. So if you’re looking for a budget friendly metallic liquid lipstick, I highly suggest checking these out.

  1. This looks great on you! I don’t think I’d wear a metallic lip myself xx

  2. I don’t really like metallic lipsticks, but the finish of these seems to be a little more subtle than usual.

  5. If anything could be labeled a casual metallic, I’d say this is it. I also love the color. You pull off purple so well!

    • Thank you, Agata! No I didn’t! I couldn’t find anything other than these liquid lipsticks. I’m still trying to find those ombre blushes! Have you seen those?
